How do I get a refund within 14 days after purchase?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantuee for all our Sitebuilder, Webhosting, Reseller hosting, Cloudbox VPS and SSL certificates products. Do you want your money back within 14 days after purchase? Then you can cancel the product through your customer portal.

Webhosting, reseller hosting and Cloudbox VPS

Log into your customer portal. In the menu to the left, click the category of the product (example: 'My products' -> 'Webhosting'). Click overview and then click the magnifying glass in front of the product you wish to cancel. When on the product page, left from 'Package' click 'Cancel account'. After entering your customer password, the product will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after intitial purchase.

SSL certificates

Log into your customer portal. Click 'My products' ->  'SSL certicates' in the left menu. After that click the magnifying glass in front of the SSL certificate you wish to cancel. On this page you can cancel the SSL certificate. The SSL certificate will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after purchase or validation of the SSL certificate.

Sitebuilder

Log into your customer portal. In the menu to the left, click 'My products' ->  'Domain names'. Click overview and then click the arrow > on the left of the domain name of the Sitebuilder you wish to cancel. When on the product page, click 'Sitebuilder' and then click 'Cancel Sitebuilder'. After entering your customer password, the product will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after intitial purchase.
