Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains the refund and cancellation terms for services purchased on regtr.com.

Web hosting plans

For Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans, the hosting fee is refunded if you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

Domain names

Domain registration, transfer and renewal orders are submitted to the registry immediately after payment, so domain fees are non-refundable.

Cloud servers

Cloud servers are created and their resources reserved for you as soon as you order, so cloud server fees are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your client area. Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method.

Cancelling a service

If you do not want a service to renew, submit a cancellation request from your client area. Cancellation stops the service from renewing for the next term.
